If you are a Food Vendor interested in participating in the festival, please fill out the form below and one of our event specialists will contact you within 3-5 business days after reviewing your application.

Vendors will be required to obtain and provide a copy of a valid Indiana Department of Health Certificate and/or St. Joseph County Temporary Food Permit and will be responsible for complying with all Health Department Regulations including the proper food service requirements for outside events.
